OnlyCams – 3-Day Return Policy
1. Return Window

You may request a return within 3 calendar days from the date you receive your order (the “Return Period”).

Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in new, unused, and unwashed condition.

Be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

Products marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase (e.g., intimate wear, masks, or other hygiene-sensitive products).

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or laundering.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at streetpatrol24@gmail.com within the 3-day Return Period to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions, including whether a pre-paid label will be supplied or if return shipping is at your expense.
5. Return Shipping and Handling

If a return shipping label is provided, the cost is covered by us. Else, customers are responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt until the return is processed.
6. Refund Issuance

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return Only1.

Shipping charges—original or return—are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or defective item.
7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days with photos and your order number.

We will provide a full refund or replacement—shipping costs on us.
8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the original (within the policy window), then place a new order for your desired item.
