OnlyCams – 3-Day Return Policy

1. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 3 calendar days from the date you receive your order (the “Return Period”).

  • Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in new, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • Be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase (e.g., intimate wear, masks, or other hygiene-sensitive products).

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or laundering.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team at streetpatrol24@gmail.com within the 3-day Return Period to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions, including whether a pre-paid label will be supplied or if return shipping is at your expense.

5. Return Shipping and Handling

  • If a return shipping label is provided, the cost is covered by us. Else, customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt until the return is processed.

6. Refund Issuance

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return Only1.

  • Shipping charges—original or return—are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or defective item.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days with photos and your order number.

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement—shipping costs on us.

8. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the original (within the policy window), then place a new order for your desired item.
